Polar Food Buffet: How do you teach food webs in the Arctic?

Curious how you all teach learners about the food webs in the Arctic. Do you have any favorite images, videos, interactive online tools, etc.?

I'm seeking suggestions from this mind hive for an asynchronous course I'm building... and this module is focused on Polar Literacy Principle #4

I use the Alaska ecology cards from Fish & Game, which can be downloaded for free from their website: https://www.adfg.alaska.gov/index.cfm?adfg=curricula.main

I'm not sure how I'd do it as an online/asynchronous activity but perhaps a starting point for consideration!
