I'll be talking about REAP's work as informal educators, and we also have Alaska's 2024 Teacher of the Year Cat Walker, and University of Alaska Fairbanks Sustainable Energy Assistant Professor Chandler Kemp as part of our panel and discussion. - Cat Walker: Public school teacher in Anchorage, 2024 Alaska Teacher of the Year and National Teacher of the Year finalist, will discuss the high school clean energy classes she teaches and her work to help develop the new Natural Resources Career Pathway for Anchorage School District.
- Chandler Kemp: Associate Professor at UAF Bristol Bay Campus will discuss the Sustainable Energy Endorsement program and the teenagers and adults he educates.
- Colleen Fisk: Education Director at REAP will discuss the various education programs she oversees and delivers across the state.
